AI IN HOTELS

The insightful keynote by Vincent Somsen, who is deeply involved in the evolution of the hospitality industry through the advisory firm GAIN (Growth Advisors International Network), masterfully demonstrated how Artificial Intelligence, especially ChatGPT, can be harnessed to reshape the hospitality industry. Through practical examples and real-world scenarios, he showcased the transformative potential of AI in hotels.

A special shout-out to our moderator, Michael Diederich, who added his unique charm and energy to the event. His interactive exercise, akin to Mad Libs, had everyone laughing as you contributed words that wove a hilarious and one-of-a-kind story, showcasing how creativity can bring people together.
